The Goulds Water Technology Pumps line of GV Plus submersible vortex sewage pumps is designed for maximum durability and reliability for building services applications. They feature a vortex style dynamically balanced impeller, dual mechanical seal and float leakage sensor. The pumps are designed for continuous operation when fully submerged and are capable of running dry without damage to components.

 

Specifically designed for use in:

Sewage systems, Dewatering / Effluent, Water transfer, Light industrial, and Commercial applications.

 

Anywhere waste or drainage must be disposed of quickly, quietly and efficiently.

 

Features and Benefits :

           Impeller: Cast iron multi-vane vortex style, with rip vane on the back edge of the impeller for removing stringy solids.

           V model designation for vortex impeller

           Casing: Cast Iron construction with large unobstructed passage way to pass large solids.

           Efficient air-filled motor

           Dual Mechanical Seals: For standard and Explosion Proof models, Tungsten Carbide vs. Ceramic seal faces standard on outer seals.

            Carbon vs. Ceramic seal faces standard on inner seals. All elastomers shall be nitrile.

           Seal Sensor / High Temperature Probe: Located in motor housing. If pumpage should begin to leak past lower seal it indicates to pump control   

            panel a fault has occurred. Requires minicas device in the control panel.

           Capable of running dry without damage to components.

           Designed for continuous operation, when fully submerged.

           Explosion-proof FM available as option. FM approved.

           Shaft: Corrosion resistant, 400 series stainless steel. Taper lock and impeller bolt on all models to guard against com- ponent damage on

            accidental reverse rotation.

           Fasteners: 300 series stainless steel.

    Features :

    The Goulds GIS series back pull out, foot mounted centrifugal is no exception. The single stage end suction pump has been designed with the latest CAD
    (Computer Aided Design) and CFD (Computational Flow Design) aids and is in accordance with the international standard ISO2858. This highly efficient and flexible design makes the Goulds GIS pump ideal for a wide range of pumping applications, from Water Supply and Irrigation to Mining and Building Services.

    Design Versions
    The Goulds GIS series is manufactured in two designs; Frame Mount suitable for long coupled or belt driven motors and Stub Shaft suitable for direct attachment to 2 or 4 pole IEC frame motors. The standard horizontal configuration units have a vertical centreline discharge, however these models can also be mounted in a variety of different positions including horizontal discharge, with or without vertical mounting of the pump’s bearing housing.


    Pumped Liquid
    Designed for non-combustible, low viscosity liquids, free of solids, abrasive materials and fibres. Various liquid chemical compositions are capable of being pumped through the use of a variety of construction materials and seal options
