(Truck Pump)

Design Features
The LCMag family of electromagnetic flow meters offers the best solution for measuring the flow of electrically conductive liquids (5µS/cm minimum). The sensor consists of a stainless steel pipe section internally lined with insulating material. PTFE, Polypropylene and Ebonite (hard rubber) liners are available. The two electrodes are positioned opposite each other on the internal surface of the pipe. The coils which generate the magnetic field are placed outside the pipe. The complete sensor has an external NEMA 6-6P (IP67/68) protection rating which guarantees the integrity of the magnetic circuit and protects the instrument against the external environment. The choice of materials in contact with the fluid (lining, electrodes, etc.) depends on the temperature, the chemical aggressiveness of the liquid and the degree of abrasion of the liquid.

LINEARITY: Capable of ±0.10% or better over a 10:1 range from maximum nominal meter capacity.
LINEARITY: Capable of ±0.15% or better over a 40:1 range from maximum nominal meter capacity.
Due to the capabilities of multi-point calibration for meters equipped with LectroCount™Electronic Registration, superior accuracy (linearity) can be provided as indicated above.
NOTE: Accuracy obtainable when all variables remain constant. Reading/ measurements must be equal to a minimum of one minute of flow at selected rate(s). All accuracy statements based on metering Stoddard Solvent, approximate viscosity 1 CPS. On higher viscosity products, the average deviation in accuracy will be even less.

Z-Model Sliding Vane Pump Overview
The Z-Series Coro-Vane® pumps, the newest line of sliding vane pumps offered by Corken, are designed with our patented needle roller thrust bearing rated for 4,000 lbs. The needle roller thrust bearings protects the pump against dynamic impact loads imposed on the pump by the drive system. Premature failures due to axial thrust loads are minimized on truck applications. They have O-ring construction throughout and are rated for 400 psi (28.6 bar) working pressure. Since the Z-models sliding vane pumps are used primarily in LPG (propane & butane) and agricultural ammonia applications, the non-adjustable internal relief valve is pre-set at the factory.
When the application requirements are suitable, Z-model pumps are a great option for many other liquefied gases with high vapor pressures such as natural gas liquids (NGLs), refrigerants, CO2, and many more. Applications include bulk pump transfer, propane delivery truck and transport. Available in 2”, 2.5”, 3” and 4” sizes.

MULTIMATE SETUP SOFTWARE
The Basic 500 Series Valve is a hydraulically-operated, diaphragm-actuated valve available in globe or angle patterns, a full range of sizes and various materials. It consists of three major components: a body, a cover and a diaphragm assembly. The diaphragm assembly is the only moving part. When pressure is applied above the diaphragm, a synthetic rubber disc, contained on three and one half sides by a disc retainer and disc guide, forms a seal with the valve seat. At the same time, the diaphragm assembly forms a sealed chamber in the upper portion of the valve, separating operating pressure from line pressure. The Basic 500 Series Valve’s rugged simplicity of design and packless construction assure a long life of dependable, trouble-free operation. Should the diaphragm become damaged, the valve closes tight providing “fail safe” operation. A versatile valve, the Basic 500 Series Valve is used in many types of piping systems requiring remote control, pressure regulation, solenoid operation, rate of flow control, liquid level control, or check valve operation.
